Inside Sales Representative
item North America is in search of an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow existing customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include customer communication through phone & email for product education, quoting, order processing, and project management.
Attributes for a successful candidate include excellent communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects. All applicants must be self motivated and able to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.
• Customer Centric - Ability to understand customer needs to match products and service solutions.
• Mechanical Aptitude - Gathering technical information from catalogs and other resources to answer a variety of questions.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills to provide quick responses to questions, provide product information, and make recommendations.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce a plus.
